House in Ebisu

Three families live on the basement, first floor, second- third floor respectively.
While ensuring the privacy of each family, appropriate distances and relationships were planned.
The house is divided into separate households by utilizing the difference in elevation of the site, and the relationship between the families is connected by the transparency of space and the manipulation of distance, and we considered how an independent family should be, without letting go, without losing the presence, and without being open.
This may be one of the ways of being a family living in the city.
