2004-2015
In 2004, he established the Takeshi Hosaka Architecture and Urban Design Office in Nishi-ku, Yokohama, and incorporated it in May of the same year. He worked in the Kannai Capital Building at 2-25, Benten-dori, Kannai until April 2016. His representative works during his time in Yokohama include his first home, LOVE HOUSE (Yokohama), an indoor and outdoor house (Yokohama), an acrylic house (Fujikawaguchiko-cho), Houtou Fudo Higashikoiji (a local restaurant in Kawaguchiko-cho), Daylight House (Nishi-ku, Yokohama), the Shonan Christian Church church building, and the Hongodai Christian Church church school and nursery school (Sakae-ku, Yokohama).
2015-2023
In May 2016, he moved to 358 Yamabuki-cho, Shinjuku-ku, close to the Waseda University campus, where he remains to this day. After moving to Waseda, he released his second home, LOVE2HOUSE (Tokyo), Kamakura Yukinoshita Church Cemetery, SEESAW COFFEE (Shanghai), Balcony House (Taito-ku), and Kozukue House (Yokohama City), and worked for 10 years on both design and education.
2024-
In April 2024, he moved to Shinjuku 7-chome, Shinjuku-ku, and made a new start by focusing on design work. Yayoi House was completed in 2024, and ECD Earth-Centered Design Institute/Ultra-Environmentally Friendly Interior Construction was completed in March 2025.
