The Main Temple
Koyasan Tokyo Betsuin exterior lighting project:
We were in charge of the lighting plan for the renovation of the exterior.
The overall brightness was kept low, and the approach to the temple was illuminated only with flags lit up by ground-embedded floodlights, with the intention of creating a solemn lighting space.
LEDs were used to save energy, and the brightness of the light was slowly changed by lighting control.
